For OEM clients a bespoke design and manufacturing service is available to complement the range of proprietary devices. Manufacture is from a range of filter media, carbon, and includes HEPAs and ULPAs.

Regulatory Compliance & Quality Control
Being assured that Air Safety can meet all regulatory requirements and maintain strict quality control is the first stage in selecting Air Safety products.
Distributors and clients are guaranteed quality products that meet international standards by virtue of its approvals under ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485:2003, MDD 93/42/EEC for CE marking, and BS EN 23328-1 for NaCl testing of breathing system filters. Product approvals under 510K from the FDA in the USA, and CMDCAS for Canada Health are also in place.
Additionally, in-house and, where appropriate, independent testing throughout the design and development process provide assurances to clients that objectives are met and that a filter will perform to the required standard. Independent testing is carried out at CAMR (Centre for Applied Microbiology and Research), Porton Down, UK; Nelson Laboratories at Utah in the USA, and the University Hospital Wales, Medical Devices Agency in the UK. In addition, all Air Safety pleated filters are tested in accordance with BS EN13328-1 to ensure they all meet HEPA performance.
